SUMMARY:Dalkeith and District Community Council Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The September meeting will be held on Tuesday September 9th at 7.00pm in Dalkeith Library. The meeting was going to be held on the Dalkeith School Campus instead of Dalkeith Library as representatives from the developers of the proposed Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) on the field next to the school campus. were to attend to outline how they propose to meet the conditions set out by the Scottish Ministers in their decision to allow the BESS to go ahead.. However\, since the meeting was arranged\, Midlothian Council has requested a Judicial Review and in light of that the developers have withdrawn from the meeting. So the location of September’s meeting has reverted to Dalkeith Library. The date and time remain as September 9th at 7.00pm. As with all Community Councill meetings\, members of the public are welcome to attend.
